Payment Policy:

On the day payment booking is permitted and can be arranged at the time of your inquiry and booking. Failing to cancel within the cancellation structure and or a no show will result in no re-book.

Cancellation policy:

It is the client’s responsibility to notify Rafah 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session if they cannot make it. The client will be charged if they do not turn up or reschedule unless it is an emergency situation or due to illness. Rafah will wait for 10 minutes before noting the client has not turned up for the session if the event the client is late the session will terminate at the time it is due to finish. If Rafah needs to cancel the scheduled session, she will give 24 hours notice, unless it is an emergency situation or due to illness.

Refund Policy:
