One of my all-time and go to breakfast brunch made

One of my all-time and go to breakfast brunch made at home.
It’s a great way of using up a batch of herbs, particularly coriander, and in this case, I’ve also thrown some thyme and chives that needed using up.
Don’t be afraid to use herbs for breakfast, as it’s full of natural goodness and medicinal benefits.

As you can see from this real that there are variety of ways of producing this breakfast .
Excellent for using up stale sourdough bread, but often I use a slice of German Rye.

Their times I use up bacon that needs
to be used , one time, I once used a small section of broccoli that needed using up and it was perfect, healthy and nourishing.

For me, a sweet sugary breakfast is not breakfast .
Even if it’s a porridge .

Just increase the amount, according to how many you’re making for, and adjust the saucepan size accordingly.

Instructions:
Coriander, parsley, or any fresh herb of choice
Olive oil
Clove of garlic or two - finally chopped
Bacon, if you’re using- cutting into small pieces
For vegetarian- substitute by the use of mushrooms - sliced
A slice of bread or two
Boiling, hot water
A couple of eggs to poach

Pouring some oven olive oil into a saucepan and heat
add the chopped garlic and herbs stirred to blend in the oil.
If using pieces of bacon and mushrooms, add into the saucepan.
Allow the bacon to brown and or the mushrooms to wilt slightly.
In the meantime, boil kettle, and have the boiling water handy.
Break the bread up into pieces and throw into the saucepan and mix well with the ingredients.
Add the boiling water to the pot.
Once it stops sizzling, drop an egg or two into the mixture and make sure they’re spaced well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Placed the lid onto the saucepan and cook for about four minutes for soft poached eggs.

Place in a bowl to serve and drizzle some quality olive oil.
Bon appétit.

Hey, folks hopefully you have eased your way into

Hey, folks hopefully you have eased your way into the New Year.
While it often invokes a charge forward the best use of your time would have been to stop and reflect on the last year and lessons learnt so we do not go into 2024 acting in the same way and to consciously make changes.

Tomorrow we have a New Moon Capricorn at GMT 11.57 - a truly magical New Moon to set intentions for the year ahead.

Using the cycle of the moon helps to consolidate your intentions and use the sky’s energies in a way that can support your dreams and goals. These are for your bigger desires.

To jumpstart your shift though what can you begin tomorrow that you have been putting off or not got around to doing for yourself?

Try not to be vague, like I want to love myself more.
What does loving myself look like?
Be specific.

For example, I’m switching from coffee with cream to Soy Matchas as my morning beverage.
Now I have found anytime I make successful changes I cut things out or substitute things gradually.

It sticks better that way than your body and mind going into denial mode and feeling it is being restricted in some way.

Chances are you will make a change that becomes a habit.
The other thing you can do is tell yourself it is only for 3 weeks, which sounds better than 21 days.

Once you get there you can decide if you want to go back to the old way, mix it up or notice the benefits of the change you have implemented and continue with the change.

Changing things does not have to be difficult and it can be fun.
What is more, you feel empowered stretching your inner core ( solar plexus) as you begin to take charge of your life.

Review your goals in order of priority or what is most important.
You may have 5 work-related goals and 5 personal goals.

Do make sure they are balanced out as your wellness is as important as your expression of financial gains.

You may have in the past put your focus on income and not on your health.
Wherever the imbalance can be, of course, our life is not all about money but also family, spirituality, health, friendships, fulfilment, and neighbours It is a wholism we are aiming for.

If it has to do with weight loss say, how much do you want to lose, or, what is the goal, by when and what do you intend to change to make that happen?

Spending time spelling out the structure or ideas for the change will strengthen the intent of your goal.

2024 promises to be a shifting year and the end of the massive cycle for many. By spring this will be evident, and we will also have a planetary alignment that will change things up.

The New Moon in Capricorn is on January 11th 2024, 11.57 am. So you have time to get your intentions and goals in place for then as it is a good new moon to launch your plan for the upcoming year ahead.

For those who have been working behind the scenes of reviewing areas of your work and wanting to launch new things again this new moon is great for that.
