New Moon in Aries calls us to take our time as we New Moon in Aries calls us to take our time as we initiate new ideas. It is at 0* of Aries so right at the beginning of its sign. Therefore still energetically in its infancy. We also have Pluto changing signs and currently sitting in its last degree of Capricorn, so this current of change while huge will not be completely evident yet, on a personal level for a while yet. It's like looking at a baby and knowing that it will be a while to get to standing and going through the natural process before it can run. It calls for patience and holding back. While not all decisions can be made this way it is also knowing when to act on something quickly, My take is to hold back a little and observe the terrain while you begin to map out staying as much as possible in the here and now. Tune into what would be your happy place and start to cultivate a path where you can commit and go the distance with your new ideas, projects and choices in life. There will be some news that may come in for some, an offer may be of a job or something you had already had your sights on or applied for. This will be a blessing, fortuitous news of some kind. I’ve begun this self formulated FYI daily progra I’ve begun this self formulated FYI daily programme F for fitness Y for yoga I for inner work ( can be anything - meditation, visioning , chakra chants or even working with mudras which have begun - show more of that another time) Fitness to me is a fast walk or walk, outdoor exercise : dancing anything that contributes to my overall health and is more cardio based although weight training does fall into this category for me. FYI is a my 10:10:10 minutes of each rule. I don’t make myself do more unless i automatically feel like doing so. Usually does, as I’m into the groove by then. If not at least i accomplished what I set out. This way I do a little bit each day - rather than larger stints i cannot do or keep up. A small positive action such as these can build up into greater increments and a sense of accomplishment and easy to commit to. So add a change into your life that factors these or maybe you already do all three? FYI is a full body, mind and spirit workout! Couldn’t resist capturing this scene on my power walk this afternoon. What is costing you? Buying unnecessary items and What is costing you? Buying unnecessary items and more things that we really don’t need is costing us, not only financially but energetically. Not to mention the planet mother Earth in the pileup of garbage we have created. We are sold on the fact that we need more, have more, and look like plastic barbie dolls and pretty shiny things to be happy. Within the home, we may walk past items that we don’t use that has accumulated dust and clothes which do not fit or made on an impulsive purchase, acquired by saying yes to it from another’s cast-off but that has no real value or vibration to us who we are now. This could also be friends that we’ve had for many years on Facebook, with ads that bombard us constantly with impressions of what it thinks we want or curious about. Do you really want to hear the same old story, trite and noise? All this is an energetic thief that we let in day in and day out . Now think about it what are these costing us? Is it our health? Is it our state of mind? Is it our energy worrying about how we’re going to pay the surplus credit card bills? Having to have the next best thing, because some influencer told you so? So ask yourself the next few days, a great time to be clearing before the spring equinox on March 20, and on the heel of New Zodiac Year of Aries Season. Do I need this? What is having, this, that or person in my life costing me? On a scale of one to 10? How much do I really love it? 10 being YES and down toward a one then get rid. Has this got affectionate and sentimental memories that deserves a place in your life now? Who or whom do you need to review your connection with? Is it time to move on? With Saturn shifting signs in the next couple of days - directly after the Virgo full moon - we’ll feel a structural energetic shift - Especially for aquarians. Go with what's happening and not resist what has occurred or is about to occur. Changes sometimes are forced upon us or one can cultivate a conscious change. Whatever happens, do not get stuck on blame but try to see it from the meta-level of life. Karmas of old are being released and a new cycle is urging us to step up and follow what's pulling us, noticing any synchronicities and checking in with ourselves moment to moment.
